A high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. We would strongly advise that you phone to BOOK AN APPOINTMENT as we keep our staffing levels low we cannot offer service without prior notice of your visit.

 SIGHT TESTING IS NOT AVAILABLE" ,  so please bring a valid prescription with you.

  • We accept NHS, ACOR and Edenred vouchers to help with the cost of your spectacles.
  • We are unable to supply spectacles to anyone under the age of 16 and anyone who is registered partially sighted or blind.

Do you have some expensive designer frames that you would like re-glazed? Your opticians may decline this request ? ​We will use a ultrasonic cleaner to brighten up your old Specs.

 

Please may we add that we will not supply budget varifcals due to the risk of non-tolorance We only  supply good quality products so its always wise to email us for a quote.

​​Does your prescription require special thinning? "high index"? Do you require Transitions lenses and anti-glare coatings? If so contact us and Save Pounds!

For repairs we are unable to make appointments we recommend sending  broken spectacles by post 

or simply pop them through our shop letter box in a padded bag with a note of your details .
